The energy required for each Resonance Liberation varies by character and can be checked in the Skill Detail section of the Character’s Forte Menu. Energy generation rates also differ between abilities, with some abilities granting energy only on the first hit.

Effective energy management involves understanding each character’s energy generation and consumption patterns. Characters cannot exceed their maximum energy capacity, which is lost if a character is knocked out, making it essential to use Resonance Liberations strategically.

The Energy Regen stat boosts the rate at which Resonance Liberation Energy is accumulated. This stat affects energy generation both on-field and off-field, with off-field characters generating energy at half the rate of on-field characters.
