Tower of Adversity

Tower of Adversity is one of the endgame game mode for Wuthering Waves after reaching a certain point of the main story quest and Union Level. You can play through the Tower of Adversity as often as you want to be rewarded with drops. The tower has different Zones, each with various challenges, enemies, and types that must be cleared. This is fairly similar to the Spiral Abyss stages in Genshin Impact, for those who played the game.

Zones

Stable Zone

Recommended level: 30-40
This is the tower’s first zone, with one zone of challenge containing four stages. With a time limit, you must defeat many enemies to get rewards. Clearing a stage before certain time limits will reward stars. Each stage rewards three stars up to 12 stars.

Experiment Zone

Recommended level: 60-70
This has two zones of challenges that has eight different stages. Like the Stable Zone, you must defeat enemies within a time limit to be rewarded with stars and more. Each stage rewards three stars, up to 24 stars.

Hazard Zone

Recommended level: Max level
Consists of three zones, containing 10 stages with many enemies to be defeated within a time limit. Each stage rewards three stars up to 30 stars.

This stage will reset after a period of time.

Vigor

Vigor is a stamina system within every zone in the tower. All Resonators will start with 10 Vigor. Each stage within a zone has a specific Vigor cost requirement, and using Resonators would reduce their Vigor upon completion. If Resonators run out or don’t have enough Vigor, they cannot be selected for the stage.

After completing challenges in the tower, you will be rewarded with Deep Records (DR, exclusive currency) that can be exchanged for rewards in the Points Store – Deep Tower Exchange.

Depths of Illusive Realm

There will be semi-randomized combat and non-combat stages, with the goal of defeating a boss within the final stage. Waveplate is not required to play this game mode, and there aren’t any limits to how many times it can be played.

Tactical Hologram
