Tacet Discord Hunter is a side quest in Wuthering Waves. This is fairly short, only requiring you to speak with a few NPCs before fighting the Bell-Borne Geochelone boss. These are the rewards that you will get after completing the quest:

How to Begin Tacet Discord Hunter Side Quest
To start the Tacet Discord Hunter side quest, you must go to Shifang Pharmacy at the center of Jinzhou. Here, you will find Koko and a woman who is seeking help. This would then trigger the quest and would be trackable.
Tacet Discord Hunter Walkthrough
Find Lianfeng
You must then try to find Lianfeng, the TD Hunter, at Jinzhou Theater to get the precious TD material. However, you will encounter two groups of men who are standing in the area. After inquiring with the second group, you will find Lianfeng.
Discuss with Lianfeng then meet him at the location
After the conversations, you will discuss with Lianfeng, who will be nearby the theater (his location is marked). He will tell you how dangerous the Bell-Borne Geochelone is. After the talk with him, he will provide you with a location.
This location would be north of a Resonance Beacon, east of Jinzhou. Here, he would detail where the Bell-Borne Geochelone is and how to get the “Clock Spiriton.”
Find the operation traces with Sensor
You must bring out your Sensor (holding Tab) and pressing T at the same spot right after speaking with Lianfeng. After using the Sensor, you will see blue wind guiding you.
While following the blue wind, you will encounter aggressive Tacet Discords. You may fight and defeat them, but you could also just run past them and continue on. Reaching the end of the blue wind will prompt a conversation with Lianfeng, and you would need to follow the toll sound.
Inspect wounded PA member
You will encounter more TDs along the way but you can sprint through them and continue with the quest. You will encounter a PA member on the ground, with the Bell-Borne Geochelone in the background. Speak with the injured PA member.
Lianfeng will detail how to summon the Bell-Borne Geochelone and how the big bell on its back is its weakness. You will have to break the ice on the feet of the TD, so it will lose its balance and fall.
Defeat Bell-Bourne Geochelone
The fun part! Just defeat the Bell-Bourne Geochelone with your favorite Resonators. I personally used Encore, Mortefi, and Baizhi to defeat the TD. After defeating it, talk to the Pioneer Association Squad Leader and Lianfeng.
Go back to Koko and the mother
Deliver the “Clock Spiriton” to Koko and the mother so her daughter can be cured. However, the mystery of Lianfeng’s memory is still unsolved. This marks the completion of the Tacet Discord Hunter side quest!
