Billy Kid is an A-rank Physical Agent and is a member of the Cunning Hares. He is a handsome cyborg with a cool and carefree personality and is an avid fan of the Starlight Knight show, not only referring to himself as one of the Starlight Knights, but repeating many classic lines from the show. He may look unreliable, but once he gets serious, Billy can take on any challenge… He seems carefree, but his strength can be relied on.

When Billy hits an enemy with a Dash Attack or Dodge Counter, he gains an additional 1.8 energy. Can trigger once every 5s.

Roaming Gunslinger

Billy’s Dodge Counter deals an additional 20% damage. Rolling Shots during his Basic Attacks are treated as dodges, gaining invincibility during the skill, and being able to trigger Perfect Dodges. When a Rolling Shot triggers a Perfect Dodge, it will become a Dodge Counter.

Starlight Ballistics

When Billy hits an enemy with his EX Special Attack, the skills CRIT Rate is increased based on the distance from the enemy. The closer he is to the target, the greater effect, up to a max increase of 32%.

These explosive bullets of Billy’s own invention are incredibly lethal at close range. Their performance far outstrips Billy’s original intention of simply making them cooler.

Corrupting Energy Field

When Billy accumulates 10 enemy hits or triggers a Perfect Dodge, the damage he deals is increased by 7%, stacking up to 5 times and lasting until he’s staggered by an attack.

How to Get Ben

Stable Channel

Players can get Billy through the standard banner “Star-Studded Cast” Signal Search. He is one of the many A-Rank Agents in Zenless Zone Zero.

Exclusive Channel

Billy will also get a higher rate if he is featured in an Exclusive Channel or the limited banner in Zenless Zone Zero. If not, there’s still a percentage of him being pulled but much lower compared to the featured A-Ranks.
