Core Skill

After ordering Drusilla or Anastella to attack with Chain Attacks, Special Attacks, etc., other squad members’ PEN Ratio increases together with Rina’s PEN Ratio.

Switch to another Agent at this time to deal damage and increase the overall damage-dealing efficiency of the squad for a period of time.

The effect ends when Drusilla and Anastella return to Rina’s side.

Core Passive

Mini Destruction Partner

After ordering Drusilla to attack, the squad’s PEN Ration increases by 2.4%. After ordering Anastella to attack, the squad’s Electric damage increases by 2.4%. If there are Shoecked enemies in battle, this effect is increased by 4.2%. The effect ends when Drusilla or Anastasia returns to Rina.

Additional Ability

Banquet of Perfection

When there are at least 2 Electric Agents in your squad: Upon hitting an enemy with an EX Special Attack or Chain Attack, the Shock damage the enemy suffers increases by 22.5%. This effect can stack up to two times and resets when the Shock effect ends.

When there are at least 2 Pierce Agents in your squad: Rina’s Chain Attacks deal 13% more damage.

Rina always has the confidence to excel at anything and the ability to annihilate everything. However, when it comes to being in the mood to annihilate enemies, both her confidence and capability align.

When Basic Attack: Shoo the Fool hits an enemy, the target’s Attribute Anomaly Resistance is reduced by 20%. Rina also gains a shield equal to 10% of Rina’s max HP, lasting 10s. Can trigger once every 15s.

Drusilla and Anastella can never agree on anything. “Beating up the dummy in front” is an exception.

“Rina” means perfection in the Bangboo language. Perfectionism is the number one rule in the Victoria Housekeeping handbook.
And Rina has her own criteria for judging “perfection.”

How to Get

Standard Banner

Players can get Rina through the standard banner “Star-Studded Cast” Signal Search. She is one of the permanent characters alongside Koleda, Soldier 11, Lycaon, Grace, and Nekomata.

300-pull Character Selection

After pulling for 300 times on the standard banner, players may select an S-Rank Agent. Rina is among the six characters available.

50/50 Chance in Limited Banner

Like in other HoYo games, there is a 50/50 chance that players could get the limited banner’s Agent or one of the six S-Rank characters from the standard banner, including Rina.
