Soldier 11 is an S-rank Fire Agent who is a model soldier from the New Eridu Defense Force – Obsidian Division (OBOL Squad), following orders and staying loyal to the mission. She tells herself that weapons don’t need emotions; they only need to follow orders. No matter how strong the enemy is, she just gets fired up and faces it head-on.

When there at least 2 Fire Agents in your squad: When Soldier 11 or any Agent applies Burn to an enemy, they generate 4 Energy. This effect can activate at most once per 1s.

When there are at least 2 Slash Agents in your squad: Increase Soldier 11s Fire damage by 7.5%, and by an extra 12.5% when attacking Stunned enemies.

When triggering Fire Suppression, the damage of Basic Attacks, Dash Attacks, and Dodge Counters increase by 3.5%, up to 12 stacks, lasting 15s, with the duration of each stack calculated separately.

When Soldier 11 uses her EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, or Ultimate, she gains 8 stacks of Charge (max 8 stacks). When Fire Suppression is triggered, 1 stack of charge is consumed, causing the current move to ignore -100% of the target’s Fire RES.

How to Get

Standard Banner

Players can get Soldier 11 through the standard banner “Star-Studded Cast” Signal Search. She is one of the permanent characters alongside Koleda, Lycaon, Grace, Rina, and Nekomata.

300-pull Character Selection

After pulling for 300 times on the standard banner, players may select an S-Rank Agent. Soldier 11 is among the six characters available.

50/50 Chance in Limited Banner

Like in other HoYo games, there is a 50/50 chance that players could get the limited banner’s Agent or one of the six S-Rank characters from the standard banner, including Soldier 11.
